GTF pressure-bearing plate method

Comprehensive greening soil reinforcement works. It effectively functions as a countermeasure against small to medium-scale collapses.

The "GTF Pressure Plate Method" is a slope protection technique that combines the "GT Frame Method," which allows for full greening, with the "GTF Pressure Plate" specifically designed for ground reinforcement soil work (rock bolt work). This method enables full greening without hindering plant growth, thereby enhancing aesthetics and landscape quality. It is particularly effective in sites that prioritize landscape preservation through full greening, as well as in narrow areas such as steep slopes where material transportation and other operations are restricted. 【Features】 ■ Effectively functions as a countermeasure for small to medium-scale collapses ■ Enhances aesthetics and landscape quality ■ Allows for full greening without hindering plant growth ■ Improved workability and low cost ■ Lightweight, compact, and easy to handle materials *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Slope protection construction method - GET pressure-receiving plate method

A method of GET pressure plate construction that protects beautiful landscapes and is gentle on nature.

The GET pressure-resistant plate method is a slope stabilization technique that uses a lightweight, green-friendly pressure-resistant plate with a rib structure made of ductile cast iron, in harmony with nature, and incorporates various permanent anchors and cushion backfill methods.

GS20 Pressure Plate Method (FRP Lightweight Pressure Plate)

Reinforced earthworks using a combination of rebar insertion and GS20 bearing plates.

The method involves using a reinforced FRP pressure plate made by stacking 20 sheets of fiberglass with different strength characteristics, designed for lightweight and ultra-high-strength earth reinforcement techniques. It is a method for preventing surface collapse on slopes and embankments, used in conjunction with rebar insertion techniques and GS20 pressure plates as part of earth reinforcement works, along with vegetation substrate spraying, sprayed retaining wall works, and short fiber reinforced mortar spraying (fiber shotcrete). Additionally, it can also be used as a reinforcement method for existing structures. 【Design Method】 ■ The design of the rebar reinforcement insertion method is based on NEXCO's "Earth Reinforcement Design and Construction Guidelines" or the Japan Geotechnical Society's "Design and Construction Manual for Ground Reinforcement Methods." *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.
